Element readiness — RMSSD as proportion of individual baseline
Higher is better. A sustained proportion well below baseline across days indicates accumulated autonomic load before the individual reports it subjectively. In deployment this view is populated from stored pre, during and post records, and supports the decision on who is committed forward. Per individual rehabilitation loading is the intended extension of the same record, not a present claim.
